How do I know which level to join?
Every student sits a free 30-minute placement test — a short written task plus a chat with a teacher. We place you in the band where you will be stretched but not lost, and we re-check your level every term.
How large are the classes?
We cap every group at ten students. Smaller groups mean more speaking turns per lesson, and your teacher can correct you individually rather than lecturing at the room.
Can I study fully online?
Yes. Every programme has a live online track taught by the same teachers on the same syllabus. Many students mix modes — online on workdays, in-centre on Saturdays.
Do you issue certificates?
Students who complete a term with at least 80% attendance receive a MealForge Academy certificate stating the CEFR level achieved, which many employers in Malaysia accept for internal requirements.
What if I miss a class?
Group lessons are recorded for enrolled students, and you may book one free catch-up slot per month with a duty teacher. One-to-one students simply reschedule with 24 hours notice.
Do you teach complete beginners?
We do. Our foundation band starts from zero and is taught bilingually where needed, moving to full English immersion within the first few weeks.
