Business Communication
Stop surviving meetings in English. Start leading them.
Built for the Malaysian workplace
This is not general English with a few business words sprinkled on top. Every scenario in the course comes from workplaces our students actually inhabit — regional calls with Singapore and Hong Kong, client visits, vendor negotiations, town halls, performance reviews. You rehearse the exact situations that make your Mondays stressful, in a room where mistakes cost nothing.
Each term includes a recorded mock presentation. You present, we film, your teacher returns a written breakdown of language, structure and delivery — the kind of feedback colleagues are too polite to give.
Core modules
- Meetings: contributing early, interrupting politely, pushing back on a decision, summarising actions
- Presentations: openings that earn attention, signposting, handling questions you did not expect
- Email and chat: getting to the point without sounding blunt; the reply that ends a long thread
- Negotiation: anchoring, conceding gracefully, and the phrases that keep a deal warm
- Small talk with clients and seniors: the five minutes before the agenda that shape everything after
Who joins this course
Typical classmates are executives, engineers, analysts and team leads from KL Sentral and Bangsar South offices, usually at intermediate level or above. If your written English is solid but your spoken contributions shrink in front of seniors, you are exactly who this course was designed for. Companies enrolling three or more staff receive corporate rates — ask us for a quote.
